This is the thing that makes a gym complete. Having a large pit full of foam is the safest way to learn any number of flips or aerial moves.

You can get started with a class for your age group in the area of interest to you, such as Tumbling/Parkour, Ninja Strength (Calisthenics, Rings, High Bar), Powermoves (Pommel Horse and Parallel Bars), Cirque Aerial Arts, Self Defense, or Cross Training on Saturdays. Our trainers will provide you will step by step instruction geared for your personal level and development.
We recommend that all participants wear workout clothes and bare feet for classes. Gym shoes only please. Bare feet or tumbling shoes are the appropriate options for the tumbling floor and trampoline. We would appreciate you not wearing the same shoes you wear outdoors in order to help keep our equipment in good shape. Modesty is the best policy for keeping oneself out of embarrassing situations, i.e. thigh length shorts and shirts that cover the torso.
All minors (17 and under) must have an online waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian before using the facility. Photo ID of parent/guardian will be required at time of entry. Kids under 13 must be registered for a class or bootcamp. Teens over 13 must be registered for a class or be at least Level 3 to use Open Gym. A waiver may be found through the registration portal on the Memberships Page.
A child under the age of 13 will be allowed to sign up for any number of classes or bootcamps.
